Adviced clothes
During the lessons are adviced leggins and simple socks (for to have a better contact with the pavement), a simple t-shirt and later a hip belt for to mark the hips’ movements.KIND OF TRAINING
The lessons are for students who want to have amateur or agonistic and professional formation. In fact, they are appropriate for those who want to give space to their ambitions and for thos who want to enjoy the dance like relax time. Forward you can find the explanation for all levels:Base level
For students who don’t have any experience in oriental dance. You will learn the basic technic, coordination and you will start to discover many possibilities of movements of the body. It is very important step and you have to care every little detail for to have in the future a good base;Principiant level
Is good for who is studing bellydance at least one or two years. You will study some sequences and you will learn some movements and technics for to be ready for the intermediate level. You will study simple coreographies on oriental classic base, Raqs Sharqi. Of course, the care of artistic expression is fondamental;Intermediate level
You would need more or less three years of experience and you can start to have better preparation for to go to advanced level. At this level are used accessorizes (veil, stick, etc…). You will start to approach to the other styles of oriental and folkloristic bellydance. The care of technic is very much important and it should develop and get better. Coreographies in fact become harder and more dinamic with the application of different schemes and exchanges of positions;Advanced level
For students who have at least four or fivr years of experience. The level is such that you will study in more intensive rhythm, coreographies will be more elaborate;Agonist and professional level (for who wants to go over!!!)
It is about a group of dancers selected by KITIJA. You will be a member of the showgroup of the school, the “AMBRA BELLYDANCE GROUP”! There will be coreographies about many styles. You will partecipate to important competitions of high level in Italy and abroad. There will be exibitions and shows. Of course, the rhythmic of training will be hard!TO NOTICE: to moove from a level to another depends on skills that the dancer got during the year. The student who prefer to train more days in week of course will acquire the knowledges faster for to get on the next level.
The student who come from another dance-school, before to start, they should have a trial lesson and should have a consultation with the teacher.
